AI Photo Report Auditor
The AI Photo Report Auditor is a built-in artificial intelligence tool that automatically analyzes photos attached to tasks of the Photo Report type. Learn more about photo reports.
AI helps reduce moderation time and quickly identify problematic photos — whether they contain price tags, product displays, shop windows, promotional materials, or any other objects.
The AI evaluates:
- image quality,
- task completion completeness,
- compliance with reference examples,
- presence of errors or violations.
How to activate the feature
If you do not have permission to launch or view results generated by the AI Photo Report Auditor, please contact your System Administrator to enable access.
Instructions for the System Administrator
- Go to Administration.
- Open the Users tab.
- Find and select the required user.
- Scroll down and open the Reports tab.
- Enable the following roles:
- Run AI photo report checks
- View AI photo report check results
- Save the changes.
After that, the user will be able to run AI checks and view the results of AI photo report audits.
What are tokens?
A token is a unit used by the AI to analyze one photo.
1 token = 1 photo analyzed by AI
When the token limit is reached, the system will notify you. You can request an additional token package by contacting your MD Audit account manager.
How to use the AI Photo Report Auditor
1. Find a task
- Go to Tasks → Task List.
- Open a task of the Photo Report type.
In the task card, the following button is available:
- Check with AI — starts a new AI photo analysis.
2. Run the AI check
- Click Check with AI.
- The AI task creation panel will open on the right side.

- Add a task description for AI — specify what the AI should focus on during analysis.
- Below, in the Author’s attachment description section, reference photos previously attached by the task author will be loaded automatically:
- You can add comments explaining what is shown in the examples and what is important to consider during verification.
- Use search or filters to select tasks with photos you want to check.
- The system will display how many photos will be sent for analysis.
- Click Run to start the check.
3. View results
- To view the results, click the AI Report button that appears after the check is completed.
You will see a table with analysis for each photo, including:
- Task and object name
- Photo
- AI comment
- Detected issues
- % compliance with the task
- Status: checked / not checked / with claim
- Performer
- Region
- Division

For convenience, use filters in the top panel:
- By object
- By status
- By performer
- By % compliance
- Show only problematic photos
4. Take action
You can quickly respond to each photo:
- ✅ Checked — if everything meets the requirements
- ❗ Create a claim — if issues are detected (pre-filled based on AI comments)
- 🔁 Return to work — if the photo needs to be retaken
Important notes
- If you click Check with AI again, the previous report will be overwritten.
- All previously created claims are preserved and not deleted.
- After the check is completed, a link to the report is automatically sent by email.
Tips
- Use the Only photos with issues filter to focus on key problems.
- Always comment on reference photos so the AI better understands the evaluation criteria.
- If needed, you can rerun the AI check for an updated set of photos.
