About applications

Applications are a universal tool that helps gather additional information when performing checks and tasks.

For example, in inspections, you can add an application with a survey to collect additional information when a specific question on the checklist is answered.

For instance, when answering "No" to the question "Is the premises clean?" the inspector must select from the directory the zones of poor cleanliness. Or when answering "No" to the question "Is the temperature regime being observed?" the inspector will need to enter the numerical value of the recorded temperature.

With the help of surveys in tasks, you can configure many business processes.

For example, the process of checking the goods placement on shelves.

The task author will need to attach an XLS file with a list of goods that need to be checked in the store. Task performers will answer the question "Are the goods placed on the shelf?" for all goods, and if the goods are not placed, they can be asked to specify the reason.

Similarly, you can set up business processes, such as checking expiration dates, monitoring competitor prices, and many others.
