Can't see tasks / inspections
If tasks and inspections are visible in the web version but not in the mobile app,
- Make sure that you have an Internet connection on your device. Try opening a couple of websites to see if they load.
- If websites load, you have Internet access, but it can be unreliable or too slow. Disabling mobile data and syncing the app via Wi-Fi may be the solution.
- If nothing of the above helps, check if your mobile app is up to date (visit Download Apps).
Note that some tasks and inspections are unavailable in the mobile app due to settings set by your system administrator. Most likely, inspections and tasks you finished more than 30 days ago are available only in the web app.
