Time in tasks
User can set a deadline when creating a task. Tasks should be finished before their deadline to be considered as completed on time.
If the field "Deadline time" is left empty, 23:59 will be set as deadline time by default.
Note that time should be entered in the default time zone of the system.
To assign a task to a store located in a different time zone, change the deadline time accordingly. For example, if the Central European Time Zone (GMT+1) is the default time zone in the system and a task is to be assigned to a store in Eastern Europe (GMT+2), then add one hour to the deadline time.
Task generation time
Schedule task generation in the "Tasks" > "Tasks schedule" section of the website.
The task generation scheduler creates hourly tasks according to generation rules. For example, if the execution time is set at 2:25 AM, then the task will be created at the beginning of the next hour, that is 3:00 AM.
Execution time should be entered in the default time zone of the system.
In the "Task info" tab, select in how many days an assignee will have to complete a task.
