Time Tracking: Fact
To work with the reports, open the menu item Time Tracking / Report. By default, the Fact/Plan report is displayed. Switch the tab to Fact.
Use the < > buttons to switch between months. You can also click on the month name to open the calendar. By clicking on the button ☰, you can sort users by their name, store name, or the number of hours worked during that month.
How to record a shift worked or schedule a new shift.
You can also create a shift by pressing F in a slot on the calendar.
How to work with filters
Filters are available on the right side of the screen. You can filter the data in the report.
– The Dates filter helps you customize the schedule display - select Month or Week;
– The Employees filter helps you display information on a specific employee or employees;
– The Division filter helps you display information only in objects that are included in the selected division;
– The Region filter helps you display information only in objects that are included in the selected region.
– The Number of shifts filter helps to display information about the shifts of only those employees that match the specified condition.
– To clear the filter value - click on
. You can clear all filters at once - click in the lower right corner Clear all filters.
When displaying the report for the Week, you can see the worked shifts in more detail:
– Shift duration.

Shift card
– The duration of the shift in the format hours + minutes. If the duration is less than one hour, only the minutes will be shown. The seconds at the end of the shift are rounded up to the minute.
– Start time and end time of the shift.
– Values of the main properties of the shift:

Employee card
The employee card includes:
- Total duration of shifts for the selected week
- Name
- Job Title
