Inspection of photo reports and claim creation

A photo report is a special type of task where assigned users should attach photos according to the description to complete it. Task observers can check photos of executors and create claims if they find any issues.

Inspection of photo reports

To inspect a photo report, open the Tasks -> Tasks list tab and click the Execution status button next to the photo report you would like to inspect.

You will be moved to the Task Information page. Open the Viewing Photos tab to inspect the photos taken by assignees.

On top of the photos, you will see the task sections. You can switch between sections by clicking on them. After you inspect the photos in a section, click on the check mark to mark it as completed, or click on the x mark if you find any issues.

Use the list in the top-left corner of the screen to switch between photo reports of assignees.

If you see that the photo report you are looking at is incomplete, you can click on the Return to work button in the top-right corner of the screen.

Claim creation

Click on a photo to take a better look at it. The claim creation menu will open.

In this menu, you can switch between photos and create claims if you find any issues. With a built-in photo editor, you can also visually show assignee what the issue is or even how to correct it. Note that you should click the save button to save changes you have made with a photo editor.

There are some extra options you can apply to a claim:

  • Enter comment — if enabled, it is required to leave a comment to complete the task.
  • Disallow upload attachments from gallery — if enabled, the assignee will be unable to complete the task using photos from the gallery of their device and is forced to take new pictures instead.
  • Confirmation required — the author of the claim or an observer should confirm that the issue is fixed.

Click Create to finish creating a claim. It will appear on the Claims tab.
