My store does not appear in the mobile app
If your store does not show up when you expect it to, such as when you are creating an inspection or task, it could be because
- Your user account is not linked to the store.
- You do not have the Inspector role.
Solution
Contact your system administrator.
How to grant the role of Inspector
Only a system administrator can grant this role.
To do that:
- Navigate to Administration / Users and select a user from the list.
- Put a tick in the Inspector checkbox.
- Click Save changes.
How to link a user to their store
To link or unlink a user to a store, you should:
- Navigate to Administration / Users.
- Select the user from the list.
- Navigate to Stores distribution.
- Link the user to a store by moving the store from the Available stores list to the Selected stores list.

You can use the search to find a specific store.
Reverse the actions above if you want to unlink a store.
- Click Save changes when you are done.
