Checklists
The following options are available in the Checklists section of system settings:
- Checks can only be scheduled for next month or today.
- Days ago when you can send checks. This option determines how many days after the deadline it takes before an inspection is automatically closed by the system and considered missed.
- Display pop-up missing required elements when switching between processes. When this option is enabled, users will receive a warning if they try to move from one process to another without answering the required questions or attaching the required photos when conducting an inspection.
- Enable the ability to create multiple checks on one store, one template per day. If this option is enabled, it is possible to plan several inspections using the same template at one store on the same day.
Mass confirmation of checks. If this option is enabled, reviewers will be able to approve all inspections waiting for their approval at once. By default, a reviewer should approve each inspection separately.- Minimum default scheduling interval. This option determines how many days should pass between inspections using the same template at one store. Note that this option will only work if you have the Enable the ability to create multiple checks on one store, one template per day option disabled.
- Notification to the manager before approval of the audit. If this option is enabled, the system will send a notification with the inspection results right after it ends, without waiting for approval from the reviewer.
- Number of days for how long you can start checking. This option determines how many days before the planned date an inspection can be started.
- The default standard for a question in the framework of the template CL. This option determines the default number of days to fix an issue found during an inspection.
- Whether to prohibit checking outside the allowed time interval. If this option is enabled, users will be prohibited from starting an inspection outside of the allowed time interval set in the template settings.
