General description

A survey is a special type of task created using a pre—configured template.

There are several types of surveys:

  • Data collection (without a set of points).
  • Survey with scores: used to get a score from the system based on the results of the survey. During the passage, the interviewee scores a certain number of points for each selected answer. At the end, the score is compared with the maximum possible amount and converted into a percentage.
  • Quick Surveys: Allow you to take a survey without creating a task.
  • Nested surveys : they allow you to take surveys inside a check or task.

If we talk about scenarios for using surveys with scores in practice, they have proven themselves well in the field of training and knowledge control of personnel. Surveys with scores can be interpreted as a control section based on the trainings conducted and the company's standards studied. Both the author and the survey participants, immediately after passing, can receive information about the level of their knowledge, expressed in a number, and see the zones of their development. The second popular scenario for using surveys with scores is the collection of static information on the degree of readiness of commercial facilities for commissioning. (Example: Store "A" is 80% ready, Store "B" is 100% ready, Store "C" is 75% ready)
