  1. Fingerprint / FaceID authorization

    Set up fingerprint / FaceID authorization for QVALON. To do that, enable fingerprint / FaceID authorization on the device. Instructions are different for each device, so we recommend searching for specific devices.
    If fingerprint / FaceID authorization is already set up on the device, follow the instructions below to set up fingerprint / FaceID authorization for QVALON.

    Android

    1) Log in to the app with login id and password.

    2) The app will offer to use biometric to enter the app. Tap Connect.

    If for some reason the offer has been declined when signing in,

    3) Tap the Other button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

    3) Open the Settings section and switch on the Fingerprint option.

    IOS

    1) Log in to the app with login id and password.

    2) The app will offer to use biometric to enter the app. Tap Connect.

    How to change your password

    Tap Others - > Settings -> Change password. 

    Password should be at least five symbols long and only contain Latin characters, numbers, underscores, and dashes.

    Note that system administrator can prohibit password change in the mobile app.

    Language

    Switch the language of the app.
