Divisions
To access the list of divisions in the system, select Org. structure in the Administration section of the menu and click on the Divisions tab.
This screen displays a list of existing divisions in the system. To search a division, enter part or whole of its name and click the Search button. To display only active divisions, check Active only.
Create a division
To create new division, click the Create Division button. The division creation menu will appear.
Enter a division name and click on the Create button to continue adding divisions, or click Create and close.
Edit information about the division
To view/edit the information about a division, click on it in the list of divisions. A panel with information about the division will appear.
Edit the name of the selected division in the Info tab and make it active/inactive. After making changes, press Enter to save.
View the list of regions in the Regions tab and move them to another division.
View the list of stores in the Stores tab and move them to another region.
To assign users responsible for the selected division, click on the Selection of responsible tab.
Assign or unassign a responsible user to the division by switching the Responsible option on or off.
