How to fill in an inspection
1) Open the inspections list
Open the inspection list tab. Click on the inspector's name or number to start it.
2) Start the inspection
The inspection menu will then be visible.
Click Check start to start filling out the inspection.
Click Delete to cancel it, if an inspection was created accidentally. Note that an inspection can be deleted only before it is started. The time of start and end of inspection logs is according to the time set on the user's device.
The system will ask you to confirm that you want to start filling the inspection. Click Yes to proceed.
3) Fill in the inspection
Click this button to end the inspection after it is filled in. If requirements were not met, a notification message will appear to explain what to do so that the inspection can be successfully finished. |

Leave a comment for the inspection in this text box if needed. Format the comment using the instruments on top of the text box. |

Click one of these buttons to download a report about inspection as a PDF or EXCEL file respectively. |

| Leave a comment for the question in the text box. Depending on the checklist template, a comment can be either required, not required, or required only if the answer to a question is negative. Can also format the comment using the instruments on top of the text box.

| There can be a text hint or a photo hint for a question.

4) End the inspection
When finishing to fill in the inspection, click Stop.
If all required questions are not answered, the inspection will not be finished. A notification message will appear telling what should be done to successfully finish the inspection.
When finished, the inspection will appear on one of the inspection lists. If the inspection was completed without any issues, it will appear in the list of completed inspections. If any issues occur during the inspection and they are not fixed yet, the inspection will be displayed in the Needs corrections list.
If the need review option is enabled for the checklist template, the inspection will appear in the Need review list and will not be visible in the Needs corrections or Completed list until the reviewer approves the inspection results.
