The lack of tasks after completed inspection
If the checklist's was answered in the negative, the system automatically create a task for each one by default.
Exception — option "do not create a task with a negative answer" is on in the question settings.
How the error can be displayed
There are no tasks if you will press To tasks.
If the all settings are correct, tasks will be shown.
The reasons why a task can't be created
- The lack of executor;
- The review was selected in the checklist parameters, but the reviewer was not chosen.
- You have no rights to view it;
- The task was deleted after creation. For example, by administrator of the system.
You could to check this information with the administrator of your system.
How to check who is executor of task which was created after inspection
- Check the rules of routing for question in processes registry.
If the special rule for routing was not chosen, the store director will be executor for the created task.
How to check the routing rule:
- Go to Inspections => Processes registry and find required question or process.
- If the routing rule is on, the special phrase Routed on user will display.
If there is no Routed on user, the executor for this task will be store manager.
- Press on Create routing for checking users which available for routing.
2. Check Active user parameter.
Check the store manager if there is no routing rule.
Check the Departments and Users in routing rule.
In case, that executor is deactivated, the task will not create.
Activation of executor will be solving of problem.
How to check the activity of store manager in the system
- Go to Administration => Organizational structure => Stores.
- Find the required store in the list and forward to Store Manager.
If there is no manager in the store, then the line with the store in the list will be red. Also, the field manager will not be an employee.
