- Creating a task
1. General info: discribe photos which required from stores;
2. Type of task: photoreport;
3. Min photos amount: select a required number;
4. Select executors;
5. Increase the authenticity of the photos: turn on the Disallow upload attachments from gallery option.
- To monitor status and quality of task execution go to Tasks;
- Select Photo reports in upper block;
- Press COMPLETING THE TASK.
- View photos sent by stores. The right store can be selected from the list;
- Highlight the required photo.
Creating an issues
If you need to form a claim to a photo report or a separate photo, the reviewer can immediately open a built-in photo editor in the system to highlight the violation right in the photo.
The claim created in this way is a single task displayed in a common task list.
