The help screen consists of two sections:
- Knowledge base
- Support chat

Knowledge base
After the Help screen is opened, the list of articles from our knowledge base is available which is grouped in sections.
Tap on an article name to open it.
Tap on the See all articles button to open the list of articles in the section.

Search for an article can be done using keywords. To do that, tap the
button at the top right corner of the screen and enter the query.

Support chat

Tap the
dialogue button to open support chat.

To view an answer to the raised ticket, tap the
button at the top right corner of the screen and select the required ticket from the list.

Tap the
button to open support chat.
All support tickets will then be visible. Tap the
button again to create a new ticket.
