Photo reports analytics
Photo reports analytics is a crucial instrument of assessment which helps to focus on objects and processes that require your attention.
The report is accessible via Analytics > Photo reports analytics button on the left side of the screen and contains the following information:
- Quantity of photo reports and claims
- Quantity of claims
- Rating of reasons for claims
- Rating of problematic values
Diverse set of filters allows to build analytics on structural objects of different levels, from overall company performance to in-depth stats of business units.
All data in the Photo reports analytics refreshes in real time. It helps to immediately react to violations of standards and regulations and make managerial decisions in time.
Photo reports analytics is only available with the advanced version of photo reports. Please contact your manager to enable it in your system.
Quantity of photo reports and claims
The counters display:
1) Quantity of photo reports for selected period:
- total number of photo reports created
- number of completed photo reports
- number of photo reports with claims
2) Quantity of claims:
- total number of claims created
- number of claims fixed
- number of claims that have not been fixed yet
3) Quantity of confirmed photo reports and photo reports waiting for confirmation.
Quantity of claims
By default, the chart displays objects sorted by the quantity of claims in descending order. When you choose an object or apply filters, information about the selected object will be displayed in all other charts.
Click "View claims" at the bottom of the screen to review them.
In table view, you can sort objects either by their name or quantity of claims.
Click to view all claims. If any filters are applied, only claims matching them will be displayed.
Rating of reasons for claims
This pie chart shows the percentage of reasons for claims, highlighting processes that require additional attention.
The following reasons for claims are available by default:
- poor quality photo
- wrong appearance of goods
- wrong/missed price tag
- wrong location
- empty shelves
- other
You can add more reasons in the Administration > Catalogs section that can be found on the left of the screen.
In table view, you can sort reasons for claims by quantity or their percentage of all reasons.
Click to view all claims. If any filters are applied, only claims matching them will be displayed.
Rating of problematic values
This pie chart shows the values used during the creation of claims and their percentage of all values. It helps track values that have the most problems and decide to improve the situation.
In table view, you can sort values by their name, quantity of claims, or their percentage of the total number of values used in claims.
