How to create a catalog
To create a catalog, open the Administration tab in the menu, enter the Catalogs section and click on the New catalog button.
The catalog creation menu will open. Fill in all required fields and click the Save button to proceed.
- Tick the Offline catalog checkbox if users should have all catalog data loaded in their mobile devices so they can use the catalog even without a proper internet connection.
- Add attributes using the Add attribute button.
- Select one of the data types for each attribute.
Once created, the catalog will be displayed in the catalogs list. To fill it with data at this point, click on the icon next to the corresponding catalog. Enter the name of the position, fill in the attributes, click on the Save button or on the Save and create new value button to create a new position.
How to edit a catalog
To edit a catalog, open the Administration tab in the menu and enter the Catalogs section. Click on a catalog to change its name or attributes, or click on the icon next to the corresponding catalog to edit the catalog data.
Checklist categories
The Checklist categories catalog is created by the system to store checklist categories and cannot be deleted. New categories can be added as described above.
