How to grant access to checklist templates

Creation

Open the Checklist builder tab and select the Checklist templates section from the list. To edit a checklist, click on it’s name.

Then select user groups or departments where this checklist template will be used by selecting their names in the list and clicking on the arrows to move them from Available groups / Available departments lists to the Assigned groups / Assigned departments accordingly. Click on the Save changes button at the bottom of the menu when done.
