Processes Registry — Routing of Questions
The routing property of a question determines who should be handling all question-related tasks created when an inspector finds issues during an inspection.
- If no routing settings were selected, a store manager will be assigned to all question-related tasks created during inspections in their store.
- If a specific user is selected in the routing settings, question-related tasks from all stores will be assigned to them.
If a department and level were selected, the system will automatically determine who should be assigned to a task when it is created.
