How to evaluate a photo report using a checklist template

The functionality allows you to evaluate an extended photo report using a checklist template. Detailed instructions How to create an extended photo report in the article.

How do you create a checklist for a photo reporting task?

Multiple with author and observer roles can assign and review the photo reports of the same store simultaneously. To assign an inspection, a photo report type task must have been completed by a contractor and be in the Completed status.

The algorithm for generating a photo review:

1) Open the Tasks section and select the Task List tab.

2) Choose the desired task from the list of Photo Report tasks displayed.

3) Click the More details button.

4) On the Task Completion page, click the Create Check button next to the desired completed task you would like to check.

5) In the window that opens, select the desired checklist template from the dropdown list and specify a date. You can learn more about How to create a checklist by clicking on a link.

6) Confirm the appointment of a new check by clicking on the Create button

7) After clicking, a window for filling out the verification will open in front of you. You can find out more about how to fill out an inspection by clicking on the link

What's new about checking photo report with checklists?

Photos sent by performers will be displayed on the right side of the screen in the checklist template. Photos can be moved to the relevant question.

8) After completing all items on the list, finish the verification process. To do so, click the Finish button. More information on how to complete verification can be found by clicking a button.

9) In the Task execution tab, the status of each check in the task is displayed:

10) The results of assessing the photo report against the checklist are shown in the List of Checks in the Verification menu, and are generated as reports (Excel or PDF).

11) Analytics are based on processes and are displayed in an analytical report by the Analyst for the company.
