QVALON doesn't load

This usually happens due to a poor Internet connection or browser cache problems.

Using Google Chrome is recommended when working with the QVALON web app to avoid visual errors that may occur in other browsers.

 

Possible solutions

  1. Make sure to have a stable Internet connection. If the connection is poor, loading a page may take a while and some pages may not load correctly at all.
  2. Try reloading a page with overriding cached info using the CTRL + F5 shortcut.
  3. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Follow this link for in-depth instructions.
  4. Press the CTRL + SHIFT + I shortcut and right-click the refresh button. Then select the "Clear cache and hard reload" option from the drop-down list.
