Review task execution and attachment verification
Who can monitor the execution status
All employees involved in the task: author, executor, reviewer.
You can monitor the execution of the task that relates to your employment.
To monitor execution status and attachments:
- Go to Tasks => Tasks List;
- Find the required task and press on Execution status. For attachments viewing, select View analytics.
View Task Execution
If Execution status was selected, the window with detailed information about task will open.
Task's data can be saved in Excel format (Download) and Download all attachments.
You can notify the executor about uncompleted task through Notify button.
Checking of photoreport
When you activate the Viewing photos button, you will see the photos that have been attached to the task.
You can create a claim, if there are any violation from executor on the photo. You can read about claim creation in this article.
