How to delete an inspection?
If the inspection has not started yet
The inspection author can delete the inspection by clicking Delete on the inspection info page.
The system administrator can delete the inspection either the same way as the author or in the report Analytics — Inspections scoring.
To delete an inspection with the Inspections scoring report:
- Log in as a system administrator.
- Open the Analytics—Inspection scoring report.
- Switch the date type to Planned.
- Find the required inspection on the list.
- Click on the expand icon as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select the Delete inspection option from the drop-down list.
How to delete an inspection in the mobile app?
If the inspection is finished or in progress
Only a system administrator can delete inspections in any status other than Planned. Note that all linked issues will be deleted as well.
- Log in as a system administrator.
- Open the Analytics — Inspections scoring report.
- Switch the date type to Planned.
- Find the desired inspection in the list.
- Click on the expand icon as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select the Delete inspection option from the drop-down list.
