Issue execution
he Issue execution report shows how well users handle issues found during inspections by calculating the percent of issues resolved in time.
Select Analytics / Issue execution in the menu to open the report.
Report generation algorithm
- Select a period of generation.
- Select the object level in the context of which you want to build the report: Division / Region / Store.
Description of elements of the report
Top part of the panel
1. The pie chart displays the average percent of checklist tasks (issues) solved on time for selected objects.
2. The bar chart displays the issue execution rating of objects.
Bars in the chart represent objects of the level you have selected: Divisions / Regions / Stores.
The x axis displays names of the objects and the y axis displays the percent of issues solved in time.
You can click on any element of the graph to build a Velocity chart in context of the selected store/region/division.
Lower part of the panel
The Velocity chart displays dates on the horizontal axis and different issues statuses on the vertical axis.
Each color represents different tasks.
- Orange line is the number of unresolved issues for a selected day.
- Green line is the number of issues created on a selected day.
- Red line is the number of overdue issues that were resolved on a selected day.
- Blue line is the number of issues that were resolved on a selected day meeting their deadlines.

COMPANY | No restrictions are applied. Users can select any filters and view stats of all objects. |
DIVISION | Users can see only stats of objects inside their division. The Division filter cannot be applied. |
REGION | Users can see only stats of objects inside their region. The Division and Region filters cannot be applied. |
STORE | Users can only see stats of stores they work in. The Division, Region, and Store filters cannot be applied. |
