Report
The time tracking shows the list of shifts completed in the selected object. Using the report, you can get a detailed overview of completed shifts, make corrections in existing shifts, or plan new ones. The visual approach of the report helps to assess the duration of shifts as well as many other parameters. |
Open the Time Tracking -> Report tab to access the report.
The report and all its features are available to all users with the WFM_SHIFT_CALENDAR role. Contact your system administrator to obtain it.
Weekly report
Report filters
You can sort shifts using filters.
- Click Apply after selecting a filter to rearrange the list.
- Click the eraser icon to remove a filter. You can also clear all filters by clicking the Clear all filters button in the bottom-right corner of the report.
You can view shifts of only one object at a time.
Only stores available to the user appear in the list.
Week switch
You can switch between weeks within the selected Dates.
If you have selected 7 days or less in the Dates filter, the week switch will not appear.
Shift status filter
- All shifts (used by default).
- Only autocompleted.
- Only ended outside the store.
- Only created through report.
- Only with comments.
Shift card
Each shift card contains the following information:
- Shift duration in hours and minutes. If a shift is less than one hour long, only minutes will be displayed. Seconds are rounded up at the end of the shift.
- Time of start and end of the shift.
- Shift notes:
indicates that the shift was completed outside the object. |

indicates that the shift was completed automatically. |

indicates that there is a comment for the shift. Hover over the icon to see the full comment. |

indicates that the shift was created through the report. |
|
indicates that the shift was edited. The time changed is underlined with blue color. |

If you hover over the underlined time, time change info will appear. |

A hint appears if you try to create a shift in the future. |
Shift creation
When you click the New shift button, the creation menu will open.
You can also click + in a desired column/row of the list to create a new shift for the corresponding user.

Number of employees
You can sort users by their name using the button.

Monthly report
Alternatively, the report can be displayed by months.
The table shows number of hours your employees worked in the selected month. By clicking the button, you can sort users by their names, store they work in, or total number of hours they logged this month.
Use < > buttons to switch between months, or click the name of the selected month to open a calendar.
If you want to find work hours of specific employees, you can use the filters available on the right side of the page. They allow you to find employees by their store, division, region, or user account.
To clear applied filters, click the Clear all filters button in the bottom right corner of the page.
By default, only names of employees and their stores are displayed in the table, but you can add columns with names of divisions and regions to the table. To do that, click the Columns box in the bottom right corner of the table and enable columns you would like to see.
