Reporting roles
Reporting roles allow a user to form and view certain reports. Each role gives access to the corresponding report.
The roles can either be applied to individual users or user groups. Users have all roles of their assigned group.

Allows a user to view the Dynamics of executive discipline report. The report shows the dynamics of how fast store managers perform their tasks. To view this report, open the Analytics section of the website and find the Dynamics of executive discipline report in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_TASKS |
Allows a user to view the Verification tasks report. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Verification tasks report in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_CHECKLISTS |
Allows a user to view the Checks report. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Checks report in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_MBI |
This role is outdated and does not give access to any report. |
REPORT_EMPTY_DM |
Allows a user to view the Store managers who do not fill checklists report. The report shows how many checks did store managers conduct and the percentage of filled-out checklists. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Store managers who do not fill checklists report in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_3 |
Allows a user to view the Report on the calendar. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Report on the calendar in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_2 |
Allows a user to view the Estimate for the period report. The report displays the average grade of the stores for the selected period. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Estimate for the period in the list of available reports. |
ROLE_REPORT_POWER_BI |
Allows a user to view the BI analytics in the Analytics section of the website. BI analytics display aggregated information on checks, grades, tasks, regions, etc. |
REPORT_CHECKLISTS_CATEGORIES_QUESTIONS |
Allows a user to view the Checklist-processes-questions report. The report presents information on checks in the form of a list with the following columns: checklist name, block name, and process name. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Checks-processes-questions report in the list of available reports. |
REPORT_CHARTS |
Allows a user to view the Company analytics in the Analytics section of the website. |
REPORT_BPP |
Allows a user to view the Block-subblock-processes report. The report presents information on checks in the form of a list with the following columns: Division, region, store id, store name, block, and grade by block. To view this report, open the Reports section of the website and find the Block-subblock-processes report in the list of available reports. |
Assigning reporting roles
To assign the reporting roles to users or user groups, open the Administration section of the website and click on the Access to reports subsection.
The list of all existing reporting roles will appear. To assign the required role, select it in the list and scroll the page down to see the editing menu that allows editing of the description of the reporting role and assign to a user or a user group.
In the Info tab, view the name of the selected role and change the description.
Proceed to the Users tab to assign the reporting role to specific users if needed.
- To assign the role, select users in the left list and click on the ">" button. The users will be moved to the Selected users list.
- To unassign the role, select users in the right list and click on the "<" button. The users will be moved to the Available users list.
- Click on the Save changes button to apply the changes you have made
- To assign the role, select groups in the left list and click on the ">" button. The groups will be moved to the Selected groups list.
- To unassign the role, select groups in the right list and click on the "<" button. The groups will be moved to the Available groups list.
- The ">>" and "<<" will move all users from the Available groups list to the Selected groups list and vice versa.
Click on the Save changes button.
