Time Tracking: Plan

The report shows the schedule of shifts in the selected period, and also allows you to schedule shifts for employees for days/weeks/months in advance, which helps to unload employees from paper versions of tables. You can get a detailed representation of the planned shifts on the site, make adjustments and schedule new ones.


Scheduled reporting and all its functions are available to employees with the role of WFM_PLANNING_CALENDAR. To enable the role, please contact your system administrator.

To start to work with Time tracking: Plan:

  1. Go to Time tracking => Report;
  2. Select Plan in the upper block of the page.

Select the < and > buttons for switching months. You can also click on the month name to open the calendar. With ... button you can sort users by their name, store name or number of hours worked in a month.

You can change the schedule data using the following tabs:

  1. Store - allows you to filter shifts by a specific object
  2. Download in Excel - if you need information in Excel format
  3. Configure columns allows you to change the page to the required format

How to plan a shift

To schedule a shift, click on the cell, matching the required employee and day of the month.


After clicking on it, a list of shift templates will appear. Select the desired template with the required number of hours.


When you click PNG on a scheduled shift card, a number of actions are available:


1) Click on the cell to edit the shift, or select Open from the list of actions.
2) Copy the selected shift is available. To do this, click Copy and click + in the cells to which you want to copy the shift. Confirm your choice by clicking on Paste.

3) You can also copy the created shift by the end of the week or month. To do this, click on Apply by the end of the week / Apply by the end of the month.

4) To remove a scheduled shift, select Delete.

Filters

You can find the required information faster by filters help. Filters block in on the right side of Time tracking display.

  • Filter Dates allows you to modify the chart display - select Month or Week depending on the required display;
  • The Employees filter allows you to display information about a particular employee or employees;
  • The Division filter allows you to display information only in objects that are in the selected divisions;
  • The Regions filter allows you to display information only in objects that are in the selected regions;
  • The Number of shifts filter allows you to display information on shifts only for those employees who match the specified condition by number of shifts.
