Inspection Schedule
System administrators can create generation rule to automate the creation of inspections that should be conducted regularly.
Navigate to Inspections → Inspections schedule to create a new generation rule
In this section you can view and edit existing rules and create new ones.
How to create a new rule
1) Log in to the system administrator account and navigate to Inspections → Inspections schedule;
2) Click Create rule and enter a Rule name;
3) If you would like the rule to work for a fixed period of time, uncheck the Infinite checkbox and select the desired period. Once this period expires, the rule will become inactive.
4) Choose Frequency of creation
If Daily generation is selected, the rule will be triggered every day at the specified time.
If Weekly generation is selected, the rule will be triggered on the selected days of the week.
In the Every n week on the selected days, you must specify how many weeks should pass between the last generation date and the next one. For example, if you specify "every 1 week", the rule will be triggered every week; "every 2 weeks" - the rule will be triggered every other week.
If Monthly generation is selected, there are two available options:
1. Selecting a specific week and day of the week
For example, if you select Every First selected day of month and check Friday, the rule will be triggered on the first Friday of every month.
2. Selecting a specific date
Specify the day of the month on which the rule should be triggered.
If there are fewer days in the month than specified in the rule, generation will occur on the last day of the month.
5) Choose the Creation time if it's necessary.
6) Choose the Template of checklist (one or several).
7) Choose inspectors by parameters:
- Role;
- Departments;
- Object.
8) Press on Create rule.
How to edit a created rule
- Find the required rule in the general list and click on it.
- The window will open with the filled parameters. Fill up required changes and click Save rule.
How to find a rule in the list
If necessary, you can use filters to find the required generation rule. Press on . You can find it near the Create rule button.
How to delete generation rule
The generation rule cannot be deleted, you can only deactivate it.- Find the required rule in the general list and click on it;
- The window with filled parameters will be opened on your display. Uncheck in Is Active checkbox.
- Press on Save rule.
