Why the task does not display

Web version

  • The employee sees in the system tasks according to the established roles:
  • The author sees his created tasks.
  • Executor - sees the tasks assigned to him.
  • Reviewer - sees the tasks in which you are selected in this role.
  • The tasks of my stores - available from the level of the store manager and above. Displays tasks that are assigned to stores subordinate to the requesting user.
  • System administrator - sees all users' tasks.
If you need to see a task using a role that you have installed for you, but it is not displayed, please contact your system administrator to verify that all the settings are correct.

App

Only tasks by Response, Author, Reviewer roles are displayed.
To view the Tasks of my stores, please use the web version of the service.

The task is not displayed for the executor

1) Make sure that the employee is really the executor of the task. To do this, locate the task in Tasks -> Task List.
2) Click Execution Status.

3) You will see a full information window for the task. If the task is group, it will have a list of subtasks for each Executor.

If the task was created by the object of the organizational structure, you can check it by parameters: Shop, Region, Division.

The administrator can always reassign the task if necessary.

For example, a group task was created on the directors of the stores of the structure. Later, the manager was replaced in the store. The task was not completed. In such a situation, the new director will see the task only on the parameter Tasks of my stores in the web version. Such a task could be reassigned to a new director.

The task is not displayed for the reviewer

Reviewers are selected when the task is created and displayed when the screen is viewed with full information on the task.

To check the watch list:
1) Find the task you want in Tasks => Tasks List.
2) Click View Task Execution.
Reviewers see the list of subtasks in the hierarchy - only the tasks of their objects org. structure. For example, a Region watching from the level will only see subtasks from its region.
You can add a reviewer only until the task has taken at least one performer.
In this case, you can add a reviewer via the Edit button.
