Inspections are Missing in the Mobile App

Inspections are missing in the mobile app.

Log into a correct account with inspections assigned. If after log in and successfully synchronizing, the inspections are still not visible, contact system administrator.

Possible solutions

Try starting synchronization manually by opening the Inspections screen and clicking on the refresh button at the top of the screen.

 Note that a user can work with inspections only if the following conditions are met:

  1. The Inspector role is enabled in the user's profile
  2. A user is linked to a store, region, or division
  3. A user has permission to a checklist that is used to conduct an inspection. 

Inspections that do not meet above conditions set by the System Administrator in the system parameters, will not be displayed in the mobile app.
