Processes Registry
The Processes Registry is a catalog of all processes and questions presented in the form of a hierarchical structure.
In the Processes Registry:
- Change the structure of blocks, subblocks, and processes running in the company.
- Move questions between processes.
- Change names of questions, processes, blocks, and subblocks; add hints to questions, etc.

Opens all blocks. Only names of root blocks of processes will be shown by default. If you click this button, all root blocks will open and you will be able to see their contents. |

Closes all blocks. This button is only active after you open at least one block of processes. |

Click on a process or a block of processes to open the settings menu.
Deletes the selected process or block of processes. |

Displays the name of a process. Change the name of a process by entering a new name in the text box. |

Select a process to view and edit the settings for questions included in it.
In this block, you can change the text of the question or add a hint. |

Click this button to determine who will be responsible for solving a problem if the question is answered negatively. |

Deletes a question from the process or moves it to another process. |

How to create a new process
1) Open the Checklist constructor section of the website and enter the Processes library subsection.
2) To create a new root block of processes, click the Add block button to see the below dialog box.
Enter a name in the textbox and press the Create button.
Root block of processes is created. The next step is to create processes and questions related to them.
Enter a name in the textbox and press the Create button.
3) Select a root block of processes and click the Add process button to see the below dialog box.
4) Add questions to a process by selecting one of the processes from the list. The selected process will be underlined in the list.
Then click the New question button on the right side of the screen.
In the dialog box that appears, fill in the Question text textbox and click the Save button.
Fill in the text boxes and click the Save button.

Click the Save button to save the question to close this menu, or click the Save and create a new button to save the current question and start creating a new one. |
5) After a question has been created, it can be configured.

Hierarchy of processes
- A block of processes is the top level of the hierarchy. It includes processes and questions on these processes.
- A process is the middle level of the hierarchy. It represents some operational functions (e.g., security measures, communication with customers) or some store zone (e.g. Warehouse, Check-out Desk).
- A question is the lowest level of the hierarchy. Questions from the same group are included in one process.
Photo hints
Photo hints can be used to:
- Show standards of how something should look like to an auditor.ive instructions for visual merchandising.
How to add a photo hint to a question
1. Log in as system administrator and open the Checklist builder -> Processes library tab.
2. Select a desired block of processes -> process. Find a question to add a hint if needed.
3. Add a photo and click Save.
If the question is already used in checklists, click the Update children button to update all checklists using this question.
