Number of inspections and tasks

These graphs are available:

1) Number of inspections for the selected period:

  • Total number of inspections carried out.
  • The number of inspections carried out in the store.
  • The number of inspections carried out outside the store and their percent of the total.

2) The number of issues:

  • Issues received - the number of issues found during the selected period.
  • Issues not fixed - the number of unfixed issues for the selected period.

3) Number of tasks for the selected period.

Processes scoring

Process scoring shows the average score of each process in descending order over the selected period. When a specific process is selected or filters are used, in-depth information is available about how well is this process scored in specific stores/checklists.

When the data is displayed as a pie chart, the process's scoring and its sequence number will be shown. If there are many processes, the chart will show ranges of ordinal numbers. Click onScreenshot_at_Dec_10_12-14-30.png to expand the pie chart to the full screen.

When displaying the graph as a table, the processes are displayed in ascending order. Click on Screenshot_21.png

to change the sort order.

Issue execution

By default, the chart shows the average inspection score and the number of issues found for all processes. If a specific process is selected, the average process score and the number of issues for the selected period are displayed. Use filters to get more detailed information about the point or checklist of interest.

Clicking on a column will open a list of issues for that day, as well as their current status. Executors can be reminded of their unsolved issues.

Quality

The Quality chart shows the number of inspections by their score over the selected period. When hovering over the scale, the number of inspections can be compared with this score in the current period against that in the previous period (for example, for the current month and for the previous one). The more the graph is shifted to the right (the more it tends to the highest grade), the better.

To expand the graph to the full screen and view the data in more detail, use the buttonScreenshot_at_Dec_10_12-14-30.png.

Scroing by Division/Region

The graph displays the average grade in the division by checks performed in the selected period. If filters are used for templates or processes, more detailed information is available about them in each region or division.

The view of the chart depends on the user level:

  • Users of the Company level see the Scoring by Divisions.
  • Users of the Division level see the Scoring by Regions.
  • Users of the Region and Store level cannot see this graph.

Scoring by stores

The graph displays the average score for all processes in the store for the selected period. When a store is selected, the information for that store is displayed in all graphs. If filters are used, more detailed information is available about the situation in the selected store.

mceclip6.png

This chart can be displayed as a map. Clicking on a grade will show more detailed information on the stores in that area.

Screenshot_50.png

When displaying the chart as a table, stores will be displayed in ascending order of their average score. Click on Screenshot_21.pngto change the sort order. A store can be selected from the table to rearrange the rest of the graph.

mceclip8.png

Checklists

The graph displays the average score for each checklist for the selected period. If one or more templates are selected, the data in the remaining graphs will rebuild and display statistics for the selected templates. Use the filters to get more detailed information on a checklist at a specific store. mceclip9.png

Inspections number

The graph displays the number of inspections carried out by each employee over the selected period. Use filters to see more detailed information.

When the graph is displayed as a table, the number of checks performed is displayed in ascending order.
