Receiving notifications on an object's email
If each of the company objects has its own email address, use the Object email option, if needed to receive all inspections results to the object email.
To start getting inspection results to an Object email, find the object card of the required object in the Organizational structure tab. Then specify an email in the corresponding field. To create a new object, object email can be specified at the object creation screen.
Then enable the Send an email about the inspection to the object email address option in the Notification send settings for each checklist template. Here is an example to set up the notification settings so that system sends a message to an object email each time any inspections using that checklist template are completed or issues found during such an inspection are fixed.
By default, the Object email option is disabled. Contact manager to activate it.
