General description of Video Calls
Video calls are disabled by default. To make this function active, contact the account manager. Once enabled, all users of levels higher than Store can use video calls.
A video call can be started
- From the check results menu (picture 1).
- From the event center menu (picture 2).
- From any other page (picture 3).

Video calls are not limited by time. It is possible to switch between audio and video call modes during the conversation.
