Inspection filters and grouping by category

Filters

You can filter inspections as per your convenience.

Android

  1. Open the Inspections screen.
  2. Tap the 2.jpg button at the top of the screen. 
  3. Select preferred filters from the drop-down menu. Inspections will be sorted accordingly as you close the filters menu.

IOS

1. Open the Inspections screen.

2. Tap the 2_IOS_________________.jpgbutton at the top of the screen.

3. Select preferred filters from the drop-down menu. Inspections will be sorted accordingly as you close the filters menu.

Grouping inspections by category

By default, grouping inspections by category is disabled.

To enable it:

Android

  1. Open the Inspections screen. 
  2. Tap the 2.jpg button at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enable the option Group by category.

Inspections will be grouped by category as you close the filters menu.

IOS

  1. Open the Inspections screen. 
  2.  Tap the 2_IOS_________________.jpgbutton at the top of the screen.

3. Enable the option Group by category.

Inspection categories should be set up by your system administrator because otherwise, the grouping will not function as intended. You can read more about it in the following article.
