How to send logs from your device? (Android)
Android app logs are stored in your device memory. You can find them in the app My files and folder wrs. The path for opening the partition can vary on different devices and phone OS.
To send logs:
1. Open the My Files file manager on your device.
2. You can find the required folder through file search. To do this, type the name of the wrs folder in your search.
3. After you open the folder, look for the date on which the last file was added. You need to select the latest date.
Select some of the newest files by date in the folder, attach them to the letter and send it to us, at support@qvalon.ru.
If you can’t find the folder through the search, you should open the Download => wrs folder.
Folders can be on a Memory Card or Device Memory, depending on where the application is located.
