2.60 Separation of administrative functions
1) You can now grant access to the checklists and processes registry to any user.
- Depending on the option selected, the Processes Registry role allows a user to View or Edit the Processes Registry, which contains all questions used in checklists.
- The Checklists registry role grants editing access to either all or specific checklists. Users with this role active are automatically granted with viewing access to the Processes registry.
2) The Checklist templates list has been redesigned.
- The author and creation date of templates are now displayed in the list. The release date of this update was set as the creation date for templates created prior to the update. New templates will have actual creation date.
- It is now possible to configure access to templates by clicking the button in the Access column. Note that access to a template can only be granted to users with the Checklists registry role.
- Additional template actions can be found by clicking thebutton next to the desired template.
3) Access configuration menu can also be opened from the Properties page of a template.
