Authorization screen
To log into your account, you should:
- Enter your login and password in the relevant fields;
- Tap the Login button;
- (Optionally) Enter URL in the format "company.qvalon.com".
If you open the QVALON application for the first time, it will ask you for storage access permission. Allow the app to use phone storage and continue.
In case the application does not recognize your account, you can connect by manually entering the name of the system when requested by the app.
Please grant the location permission for the app to use all features available.
Fingerprint authentication
Make sure that your smartphone or tablet supports NFC (biometric identification). Else, you will be unable to log in to the system with your fingerprint.
How to set up Fingerprint authentication
To log into QVALON with your fingerprint, you should first set up that specific authorization type on your device.
The setup will differ for different devices. Therefore, we recommend that you use a search engine to find the required instructions for your device type.
How to set up Fingerprint authentication
in the Android app
1) Enter the app using your login and password.
2) Tap "Other" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3) Tap "Settings" and turn on the "Fingerprint" switch.
After that, you will be able to log in with your fingerprint.
How to set up Touch ID in the iOS App
Enter your login and password when entering the app for the first time. The app will offer you to log in via touch ID every other time you open the app.
