How to start an inspection
1. Open the Inspections tab to view Planned inspections.

If an inspection has already been started but not finished yet, swipe your screen to open the list of ‘Inspections in progress’.
2. Tap anywhere inside the ‘inspection info’ box to start it.
You will then receive a pop-up message to confirm the start of an inspection.

| Reports display the start and finish time of an inspection according to the time set on your smartphone. Please start and finish inspections timely to make information in reports more accurate. |
If there is a geolocation restriction, you will need to confirm your current location before starting an inspection.

Make sure that your location is correctly shown and tap Start inspection.
How to inspect
1. Open one section after another and answer each question.
All questions are grouped as per processes.

2. Tap on a process to view related questions.
After that, respond to each question and attach a comment, image, or voice message if it is necessary.
To record a voice message, hold the 
button.
If the Custom answers option was activated, default answers Yes / No / Medium will change to custom answers, which specify in checklists registry.

You can also create task(s) to fix issues, if found during an inspection.
To do that, enable the Fix option as shown below and determine when the issue should be resolved. Your system administrator can set default deadlines and restrict changes to them. In this case, this option will be unavailable.

When you answer all questions from one process, the system will offer you to save your answers and go to the next process.

After answering all required questions, the system will ask for confirmation that you want to finish the inspection.
